Still no luck reproducing this. But we found one scenario where a tiny velocity sent to KFLOP when rounded to 6 decimals could become zero. Here is a patch for Version 5.4.1 that uses scientific notation in such cases. Could you test to see if it fixes the issue?

KMotionCNC.exe copy to the C:\KMotion5.4.1\KMotion\Release folder.
