IO number for 2nd KStep's Opto INs and Relays

If two KStep boards are connected to one KFlop, what are the IO numbers for the 2nd Opto IN0-15 and Relay0-1?

The extra IO on the 2nd KStep are not useable. Only the motor driver outputs are available.
