Error Status Record Size mismatch

Hello all,

KMotion software (v 5.3.2) is issuing an error when I open it.
I am not 100% sure, but I believe it is a firmware version issue.

Have you seen this issue?

To solve it, can I flash a new firmware version in the "Config & Flash" window from KMotion?

Hi Guilherme,

Yes flash New Version to Flash the new firmware version to KFLOP. Then Cycle power.
