Cyclic USB connection

Hello. Burned chip U6 SPARTANXC3S100E, also burned U10 FTDI FT245RL.
I replaced it with new ones.
Made the FTDI firmware as specified
Now the computer sees KFLOP but in the program it tries to connect cyclically

Have you tried performing Flash Recovery?
