I was wondering if there is a list/documentation of Dynomotion hardware versions/revisions and their relative changes. I looked but failed to find them.

While it would be good to know for all components, I have a need to know about the kflop v1.1 to v1.3. I did see in some other posts there is a filter cap added from v1.2 to v1.3, and that software wise 1.1 is compatible with 1.3, but are there any other significant variations that should be noted?

KFLOP Rev 1.2 changed a resistor between 5V and the 3.3V regulator from 1Ohm to 0.1Ohm which could be a problem in systems with a lot of 3.3V usage and a lower voltage 5V supply.

Any other functional or performance differences between rev 1.1 and 1.3?

My initial reason for asking was because I was considering grabbing an older rev 1.1 I saw up for sale and possibly installing it on an old emco mill I just got. For the asking price, I am not sure it is worth playing with a used kflop that is over 12 years old vs. buying another new one from you. Beyond that, I thought I and others might need to know any functional differences, and maybe dates of initial release of your hardware, under varying cases.
