There is some problem.
KMoutionCNC cuts off the end of the G-cod program and the error "File ended with no percent sign" appears.
If I enter a percentage sign or put a new line (input) at the end, the error disappears, but after several closings after editing the code in KMoutionCNC, the error reappears. The percentage symbol cuts off steadily after editing, but the program runs without it.
KMoutionCNC version 5.40, G-Code file in UTF-8 unicode with signature.

You are correct. When KMotionCNC saves a GCode file after an edit it was not saving the last character to the file. This bug was introduced in 5.4.0

Here is a patch for Version 5.4.0. Copy to the \KMotion\Release folder.
