Hi Tom! How to properly backup the k-flop program? Now the folder KMotion435 is copied and replaced. I see this sometimes causes G-CODE to crash.

That should work. It depends where any of your custom files are placed. You would want to include those.
I can't think of why that would cause a crash. What kind of "crash" do you observe. Are you doing it while KMotion or KMotionCNC is running?
