Hi Tom,
Work great.
Just a note, i have custom screens and buttons so had to copy folders 'res' and 'Screens' from directory ...PC VC Examples\KMotionCNC.
Is there any other files that i should copy over for my custom screens? So far all appears ok.
Thanks,
Troy

Updating To Latest Version
Tom,
Iam updating my mill to the latest version 4.34 and was wondering if there is a simple way to update KmotionCNC? Or do i need to launch KMCNC from the new install and reconfigure it? This is how i have done it in the past.
Thanks,
Troy

Re: DMM-TECH Analog Tunning
Hay Tom, So i tried to use Quadrature mode and just got growling. Then i switch back to Step/Dir mode and got very rough movement in one direction and would continue in that direction when axis should be returning back to start with much more growling of motor. So after chasing my tail and checking ...

Re: DMM-TECH Analog Tunning
Just to compare things. I tried step, dir signal. But have a issue. in closed loop step, the green output line in plot stays flat. I show encoder counts.
Any idea?

When servo is not moving i can rotate ballscrew by hand and move table about .007" before i can feel any holding of servo. What parameter setting am i missing?

Re: DMM-TECH Analog Tunning
Hay Tom, A couple of times I did try adding some "I" value of .001 and got runaway conditions. Also tried a value of .0001 which cause some oscillation. But, am going to start over with tuning and follow the steps in link. For some reason i always forget where that tuning info is. In step 4 i...

Hay Tom, Think I got a new Board Index category. :) What about one for tuning Servos? Would make it easier to find working examples. That's why iam posting this here instead of my CNCzone thread.
