Hi egreenberg,
Hmmm. I don't see anything else wrong.
Can you show the Console Commands that work and the code that doesn't?

Re: Axes Not Responding in C Program
Hi egreenberg, Commanding Jogs continuously is not handled well by KFLOP. A Jog command while an axis is in motion involves a complex 3rd order blended trajectory from the current state (acceleration and velocity) to the desired new velocity while simultaneously ramping to zero acceleration which in...

Re: Early arc shut off
#3. What happens when we have to cut a part with many holes, for example. We need at every end of the hole, 300ms before the M5 comes, to stop the plasma arc. The motion will continue to the next hole, after the M5 is issued, so the buffer will empty? Im just asking i have to check this. This sound...

Re: Early arc shut off
Hi cnc_freak, I can't think of a simple solution to predict the future :) Here are some ideas: #1 Also the post proccesor, has the capability to make something in a given distance before the condure ends, for example 5mm before, but this is not good beacause it is dependand from the cutting speed. D...

Re: Enabling PWM for spindle control on K2CNC
Hi amowry, I can't think of a simple way to control PWM synchronously. MCodes configured with an Execute Action and no file name will re-execute an existing Program within a Thread after downloading any P Q R Parameter which should be quite fast (typically several milliseconds but at the mercy of Wi...

No. You must use a C Program something like what you posted earlier.

Re: Enabling PWM for spindle control on K2CNC
Hi amowry, I haven't figured out what K2, did, though, as their output seems to be 0V for zero PWM and 24V for all other PWM values... I guess I'll investigate further. I would guess they are just switching the 24V. It might be your meter showing 24V regardless of any duty cycle. You might try addin...

Re: Enabling PWM for spindle control on K2CNC
Hi amowry, This all seems correct, however, I'm not able to measure any voltage on the output of the K2 board or on pin 33 itself on KFLOP using a digital multimeter. I assume that I should be able to measure a voltage on the pin based on the PWM value, correct? PWM 7 is actually IO Bit 33 which is ...

Re: KMotion freezing when trying to download C program
Hi amory, I think K2CNC enabled a UserCallback. This causes KFLOP to continuously call the specified function every 90us regardless of whether the Thread containg the function is scheduled for execution or not. If you change the code in the Thread Space while the code is being called it will likely ...

Re: Random weird feedhold
Hi cwatson, The Z axis I will have to monitor and see if I can get the problem to repeat. The max following error is 400 counts for that axis or about .005" When I say it starts moving slowly I mean at about .01 IPM regardless of the commanded feed rate :) That would indicate the Software is command...
