Re: Basic XY Screw Mapping - Geo Table
I don't see anything obvious.
You might test it moving outside of the range of the table to verify that code works properly.
What is your max following error set at?

Re: Unexpected Motion Buffer Starved
PS. If, after stopping by the limit sensor, the movement keys are pressed without pressing the stop, the error message still appears. Can be protected from these not correct actions of the operator in the next versions? Fool protection))). I don't see that error message here. And what's wrong with ...

Re: SETTING UP KFLOP, KANALOG FOR NEW CNC ROUTER RETROFIT
The Plot data only shows 0.1 seconds. Increase so we can see the motion.
Your MOTOR 0=X.txt settings don't match the C Program. Which are you using?
If you Jog too fast for what your axis is tuned to do then the axis will fall behind, catch up, overshoot, move back, etc.

Re: Unexpected Motion Buffer Starved
Your Axis settings are somewhat odd. With a max Velocity of 40000 counts/sec and an Acceleration of only 4000 counts/sec2 that would take 10 seconds to accelerate and decelerate. The 0x12f mode comes to a controlled stop using feed hold when a limit switch is detected. The long time to stop can caus...

Re: Deviation observed on 3+2 axis CNC milling setup.
Hi Wilson, 1. The drive that I am experimenting on has two analog input pins one for +(positive) and one for -(negative) as well as a ground. I notice that there are 8 outputs ranging from 0 to 7, and 8 ground terminals as well. Connecting the ground is straight forward but how would I go about wiri...

Re: Unexpected Motion Buffer Starved
Did you change all 4 axes to 0x 12f ? What happens in that case?

Re: Unexpected Motion Buffer Starved
Hello,
I'm not sure what you are expecting to happen when when you hit a limit switch. Your Limit switch option is to disable the axis.
The displayed error message is somewhat confusing. Our later Versions handle it differently. You might try V4.35f.

Like I said in my previous email post all your settings (Config Screen, Step Response Screen, IIR Filters Screen) and the Plot from the Step Response Screen here on the forum for us to be able to help you.
After everything is configured and tuned the Screen Parameters can be exported to a C Program.
