I would like to be able to maximize the kmotioncnc console. At present I have to drag the console right or left to see everything. Is this something you can add at some point. Thanks

I'm talking about the main screen of the kmotioncnc app.
The whole of kmotioncnc opens to a certain size that cannot be maximized only minimized.
Also is there a module sold that takes a differential signal and converts it to single ended. I looked on digikey but honestly don't know where to look or what to search for. Thanks

If it is just an IC you need, look for RS422 line reciever,

The Main KMotionCNC dialog has various looks with different numbers of axes etc that can be selected on the Tool Setup | Tool/Setup Files | Main Dialog Face setting.  Which Face are you using?
 
Also what is your Windows Screen resolution.  From the Desktop right click | Properties | settings there should be a screen resolution shown such as 1024x768.
 
We haven't yet figured out a good way to make the screens all completely re-sizable as all the screen elements have to be re-sized and repositioned such to fit as the screen shrinks.  But we can make a specific custom size for you if you wish.
 
I don't know of any differential to single ended module (other than Kanalog :}).  As you may know you can just use one end of the differential signal as a single ended signal, but this will be more noise sensitive than a differential receiver.  If you are using one signal as a single ended signal and are experiencing noise problems, try adding a termination resistor of approximately 150 ohms.
