m1076.m1s 	- modified g76 macro, uses G3 arcs for pullout and
	    	  approach to next pass start in order to reduce
	    	  required acceleration/jerk/system strain

	    	  PLEASE CHECK BEFORE RUNNING THE CODE THAT MACH TOOLPATH
	      	  SHOWS THE ARC RIGHT WAY.
