Right now I have the e-stop hard wired to the enable pins of my stepper drives, so when I hit it it stops the drives but the kflop and Mach3 are unaware of things have stopped moving.
I have a pin all wired up for the e-stop signal, I am just not sure what to do code wise.

Mach3 has an EStop input in Config|Ports & Pins|Input Signals|Estop.
