Subject: 4.33f won't connect

I've now installed the 4.33f version since I was unable to install 4.22. But, alas, it won't connect to my board. I do have another Future Devices USB device (not connected currently) so I was not prompted to install a driver when I plugged in my KFlop. I've rebooted, plugged/unplugged the board and can't get a connection. I do not know if the issue is my KFlop (it's new, untested by me), 4.33f, or my system in some way. I have no problems connecting to various USB motion controllers like Smoothieboard, RAMBo, RAMPs, etc (about 7 in all). Any suggestions or debugging tips? I do see the KFlop listed in the USB devices list.

Do the two LEDs on KFLOP Flash when you power up  KFLOP?

I tried to download and compile the Mac software but having a compile error. I was going to test from Mac. I will try to find the problem later. I also have 5 PCs running XP for my other CNC controllers I can try.

Yes, they flash and then both stay lit green.

Ok, problem solved everywhere. The issue was indeed that the driver was not installed. I used Control Panel->Devices and Printers and manually installed the driver on the laptop. KMotion connects now. So, I went back to the Mac Windows virtual machine and did the same and installed the 4.33f driver and it now works properly too.
