KFLOP - Added Slave Axis capability - Each axis channel now has a "SlaveAxis" and "SlaveGain" parameter

        Set the Slave axis to the axis to follow.   Set the SlaveGain to a multiplicative factor.   



KFLOP - Step and Direction Channels now increased from 4 to 8.  Pulse width is now programmable and defaults to 2us.

        Clock domain problem causing pulse width jitter fixed.

        

KMotionCNC - Spindle Speed S command was outputting previous speed rather than new speed
